Dialogue Program
DFDD aims to create a platform for marginalized voices, particularly from the communities of Southern Ethiopia, to be heard in mainstream social and political discourses. We collaborate with partners to advocate for policies that promote inclusive dialogue and the aspirations of indigenous communities.
Cultural Program
We believe cultural diversity contributes to livelihoods through cultural industries as viable sources of employment. DFDD empowers local institutions by organizing events, supporting industries, and promoting cultural tourism for community improvement.
Nature Program
Addressing climate change impacts, DFDD promotes resilience through permaculture, agroforestry, and biodiversity conservation. We facilitate workshops and create platforms for dialogue on sustainable development in rural communities.
